What HelpFindGifts is

An independent gift guide for shoppers in United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. It sells nothing. Each gift links to the product page on the shop's own website, in the shopper's country and currency, with the price we last saw there, the date we saw it, and one honest catch. The shopper buys from you, under your prices, shipping, returns and privacy policy.

The catalogue holds 1,328 gifts from 645 shops, and 79 ranked gift lists. It is run by Baldwin Industries from Ottawa, Canada.

How products are selected

A product qualifies when it is a real item a shopper can buy from the brand's own shop or an established retailer, on a page we can check. Marketplace listings are excluded. Each gift is placed by who it suits, what they like, the occasion and the price. Lists are ranked for the shopper, with a top pick, a budget pick and a splurge. A brand cannot buy a place in a list or a higher rank. Whether a shop pays us a commission is never part of the ranking, and gifts from shops that pay nothing are included on the same terms.

How affiliate links work here

• Every shop link goes through our redirect (helpfindgifts.com/go/…), which counts the click and sends the shopper to your product page.
• When you run an affiliate programme and approve us, the redirect adds your programme's tracking. We work through Awin, CJ, Rakuten Advertising, Impact and Partnerize, or a programme you run yourself with a link template.
• We join on your programme's standard terms and rate. We do not ask for coupon codes and we do not send cashback or incentive traffic.
• Each click carries a sub-id naming the page it came from, so you can see which list sent a sale.
• Links are marked sponsored for search engines, and the commission is disclosed directly above every set of shop buttons. Shoppers in the UK see an “Ad” label on paid links.
• We do not bid on your brand name in search ads, and we do not use your name in our domain or social accounts.

Reach and markets

HelpFindGifts launched in September 2026, so its audience is small and growing. We would rather say that than quote a number we cannot stand behind. On request we send current figures: visitors, clicks to your product pages, and the countries they come from, all measured without cookies.

Product images

We show a product photo only when we have the right to:

• from an affiliate network's product feed, under that network's publisher licence, for a programme that approved us; or
• with your written permission, which we record with the date and the person who gave it.

We show the image as you publish it: not cropped into other artwork, not altered, and credited to your brand. It loads from your site or the network's, and is not copied to ours. If your programme with us ends or you withdraw permission, the images come down at the next daily update. We never take images from shop pages without a licence.

Corrections

If a listing is wrong (a price, a name, a discontinued item, a catch you think is unfair), tell us and we will correct it within two business days. Prices are re-read from your product page every day.

What we promise brands

• We describe products in our own words and do not copy your marketing text.
• We never invent reviews, ratings, testing or awards. We say “we bought this” only when we did.
• We call a price a drop only when it is at least 5% below the highest price we saw on your page in the previous 30 days, and we show both prices and both dates.
• “Canadian brand” (or British, American, Australian) means where a brand is based. We never say “made in” unless your page does.
• If you ask us not to contact you again, we will not.
