What it is
An 800 ml borosilicate glass jar with an acacia wood lid, designed for keeping a sourdough starter. It has straight walls so you can watch the starter rise and a curved base so starter does not get stuck in corners when stirring.
Worth knowing
It is a jar only, with no starter or flour included; the wood lid should be hand-washed.
