What it is
A bench scraper and dough cutter with a 1 mm 304 stainless steel blade with a tapered, electroplated edge and a white oak handle. It measures 5 7/8 in wide by 4 1/2 in long, sized for dividing and moving bread and pizza dough.
Worth knowing
A plain bench scraper does most of the same job for less; this one is about the steel and oak build.
